Buckram is a ridged fabric which we fold and compress until it is regulation length and thickness according to the Army Standing Orders of Dress which allows the wearer to proudly display their medals traditionally.

Medal Entitlement
Are you or a loved one entitled to a new medal, or would you like to know what your grandfather, aunt, father etc was entitled to. There are many people who may be entitled but are not aware of it or they have since passed and have never claimed their medals. For example some may not know that The Australian Defence Medal is now available to those who completed four years service following the end of the Second World War.
If you believe that you or some one you know may be entitled to the Australian Defence Medal (ADM) or any other medal please contact us. If we think your application could be successful (for a small administration fee) we can apply for the medal(s) on your behalf.
